Adaptive

Wichita Adaptive Sports (WAS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting adaptive sports and recreation in south-central Kansas. Their mission is to provide, promote, encourage, engage, and empower individuals with physical disabilities through sports and physical fitness activities. WAS offers a variety of programs for both youth and adults, including adaptive cycling, swimming, tennis, track, wheelchair basketball, and recreational activities. These programs are designed to help individuals take control of their personal health through active living, offering opportunities to participate in clinics and competitions both locally and nationwide.
